PREPARATION


Pour the tomato passata in a blender. Clean and cut in sticks the carrots. Remove the nectarine core and cut in small squares. Remove the seeds from the apple and slice in sticks. Place the fruit and the carrot in a blender with water, sugar, pepper and finely grated ginger root. Blend until creamy.

Place in a plain glass with a straw. ( you can garnish the sides of the glass with small datterino tomatoes or nectarines and apple slice)

INGREDIENTS
  • Red Datterino tomato purée
  • 300g red datterino passata
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 apple golden
  • 1 glass sparkling water
  • 2-3 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 1cm fresh ginger root
  • Pepper
